Electronic furnishing of audit report and corresponding ITRs which was 30.09.2013 is now extended up to 31.10.2013 (31st October, 2013). For details please refer to Order F No. 225/117/2013 ITA II dated 24.10.2013 - President ICAI.
Hence if audit report and corresponding ITRs are filled till 31.10.2013, the same shall deemed to be filled within due date of section 139 of Income Tax Act,1961.
